Richard Helm opened Sabre Aircraft in 1991 with his first design of a 103 delta trike. It was a very simple design that had an aluminum frame, front scrub brake, and used the Kawasaki 340 single carb, two stroke twin that produced about 30hp. It was an inverted design with the fuel tank mounted above and in front of the engine. The first wing was the APCO single surface that was produced in Israel.
