| In the history of aviation, there are many great and well recognized aviators. Many have been well documented in books and in movies but many have not. One Canadian aviator who went through most of his life quietly, enjoying his life in aviation as a pilot in the Royal Canadian Air Force and then, after retiring from the Canadian military, continuing with aviating in his own aircraft, was Joseph Armand Gerard Fernand "Fern" Villeneuve.
